Villas - a closer glance
All details of Villa Calicanto have been carefully chosen to ensure our guests the maximum of comfort with the minimum of environmental impact. Each Villa has an airy and light-filled open-space living room on the ground floor, and a balcony facing the Sardinian hills and sea.
The spaces were conceived respecting the highest standards of energy efficiency (average consume: 30 kW h/m2) and built with ecological materials and natural paints, as well as furnished and decorated with traditional Sardinian pieces.
The area on the first floor, with one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, is embellished with luxurious wooden furniture and traditionally embroidered textiles. Moreover, each Villa has two full bathrooms, laundry facilities, a functional and fully equipped kitchen leading to the large garden with secular olive trees and the shared pool with its gazebo.
